With a combined total of 20+ years of industry experience, the staff of CMJ Technologies realizes that businesses need technology that is cost effective; practical; concise; easily manageable; and reliable. CMJ understands that although a technician may comprehend solutions, the client often does not – but this does not mean that the client is kept in the dark. Rather, the staff at CMJ finds it easy to translate “geek” to English so that business people without a technical background can understand what needs to be done and what solutions are available to address needs in their environment.
Responsiveness to clients is another core belief that sets CMJ apart from their competition. Whether a business employs technical staff or not, if a problem occurs that stops productivity, a resolution is necessary immediately. While CMJ is a small company, they have lofty goals for themselves – all clients that contact CMJ will receive a response in the same business day and emergencies that occur in the evening or over a weekend will not wait until the next business day if the client needs a faster solution.
As a small business, CMJ is very aware that cost is an obstacle for many technology solutions. We do our very best to make recommendations that suit the client’s needs while maintaining the lowest total cost of ownership. Another big difference between CMJ and other outfits is the understanding that many people are comfortable purchasing technology on their own to save funds – and while they may be comfortable purchasing the necessary gear, they may not be able to implement the solution. We are not offended by this – rather, we applaud this measure to stretch dollars – and will happily consult with clients prior to purchase and implement solutions that are not sourced through us.
